The more we learn about the habits and lifestyles of our patients, the more we will know how best to help them. So today, discover something new about your patients. Surprise them and surprise yourself. In the midst of your consultation, ask: “So tell me, what’s your hobby?”, “What do you do to make you happy?”, “What makes you tick?”, “What do you love to do with your days?” See where the conversation takes you.
